Background
Attorney Jim Purple was born in Indiana and raised in Peoria, Illinois,
where he operated a successful hearing aid business. Jim
and his wife, Ellen, moved to Collegedale, Tennessee, in 1969. Prior to
beginning his legal career, Jim worked at McKee Foods in Coolegedale for many
years as a human resources manager.
Experience Matters
Atotrney Jim Purple is a graduate of University of
Memphis School of Law.Jim was admitted to practice law in 1983, and is admitted
before the Tennessee Bar and the Federal Bar.
For the past 27 years Jim has practiced law in Hamilton County,
Chattanooga, Tennessee and the surrounding areas: Rhea County, Bradley County,
Bledsoe County, Marion County, Sequatchie County.
